Delivery terms
When the work you ordered is handed over, in what stages, and in what form.

1.Scope
This document covers every service ordered from MarovStudio: websites and web applications, Shopify stores, design work, domains, server and VPS. The services are digital — there is no physical shipment, and handover happens electronically.
2.What is delivered
At the end of the work you receive the working site (or whatever else was agreed), the credentials for its administration panel, and the project files. If your order included a domain, server or a VPS, their credentials are handed over too. The scope is defined by the options you selected in the calculator and by your brief.
3.Stages
Work proceeds in stages: brief, design, development, testing and launch. Each stage closes with your approval, and the next one starts after that. You can follow the stages from your cabinet.
4.Timeline
Simple sites normally take 3-7 working days. Larger projects — an online shop, a course platform, a web application — are scheduled according to their scope and the timeline is confirmed when the order is accepted. The clock starts on the day the deposit is paid and the materials needed for the brief (copy, images, logo, credentials) have been provided.
5.Form of delivery
Delivery is electronic: the site is published on the domain you nominate, and credentials are sent through the message thread in your cabinet or by email. No physical media or postal shipment is involved.
6.Acceptance
You have 3 working days after handover to check the work. If you report a discrepancy within that period, we correct it within the agreed scope. If nothing is raised, the work is considered accepted.
7.Revisions
Revisions within the agreed scope are free of charge. New features or a redesign beyond that scope are quoted separately and carried out after your approval.
8.Access and ownership
Once the final payment is complete, all credentials and files are transferred to you. The domain is registered in your name.
9.Delays
If the materials needed for the brief are not supplied on time, or a stage approval is late, the timeline moves by the length of that delay, which is outside our responsibility. If a delay is on our side, we tell you in advance and agree a new date.
10.Domains, server and VPS
Domain, server and VPS orders are normally activated within 24 hours of the payment being confirmed. Domain registration depends on third-party registrars, so it can occasionally take longer.
