1.Enquiries are free
Sending a brief and receiving a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
2.Staged payment
Because payment is staged, you only pay for the stage you approved. The next stage starts on your approval.
3.Work already started
Work already performed within a started stage is not refundable. Payment for stages not yet started is.
4.Digital products
Marketplace components are not refundable once downloaded. If a product doesn't match its description, write to us and we'll sort it out.
5.Domains and hosting
Domain registration is performed at a third-party registry and is not refundable. For hosting, an unused period may be considered.
6.How to request one
Write via the contact form and include your reference. We'll review it and reply.
